Summary: Upgraded from a cheaper, way smaller center speaker to this Polk and the improvement in the clarity of dialogue is incredible. If the other 4 small speakers were larger, I could really take advantage of the dynamic range and frequency range by telling the amp to use a lower frequency cutoff without destroying the other 4 that I have. Can't beat it for the price, and I looked long and hard. Buy it.
Pros: sound quality, price, looks
Cons: It's large, had to lift the TV to keep it from blocking the remote control sensor. It's heavy, be careful trying to hang it off a shelf, whether on the wall or the TV
Summary: My Polk TL2 Center was getting the job done but found its sound to be thin matched with Tsi100s so CS10 investment was needed . I went on the hunt finding lowest price with free shipping at Crutchfield. I ordered it on a Tuesday afternoon receiving it the following day which I found amazing , Such online delivery is a purchasers dream come true so I'm very happy will be shopping here again.
Summary: The center channel is very important...and this is a good one. I've combined this center channel with the RC80i ceiling speakers for the rear and Tsi 300 for the front satelites (and a 12" sub). This is my first 5.1 set-up so I don't have a lot to compare to. What I can say is that the 5.1 exerience is far supperior to a front only set-up (ok - not a news flash). This center speaker provides a great balance to the rest of the system.
Pros: Price, performance, balance, well matched with other Polk Tsi speakers.
