Summary: After not being overly impressed with a pair of Polk Audio satellite speakers and one of it's 10" sub woofers, I was unsure of what I would get with this Center Speaker-trusting the reviews as I made my online purchase. After hooking up this baby all I can say is "Wow"!
Summary: Before I bought these speakers, I only had an old set of 100 shelf speakers. So for my birthday, I added this center speaker. It easily doubled my sound and I was able to achieve a fantastically clear mid-range that I was just not able to get with my always too tinny or too bassy shelf speakers.
Summary: After doing some research on center channel speakers for Amps that don't cost $1200 I decide to buy these. I could not be happier. They have crisp full sound with little to no distortion. I had a Sony surround sound system and slowly upgraded.
Summary: I bought this one year ago to replace a fading Cambridge Soundworks Center Stage Speaker. For any home theater set up, the center speaker is the work horse shouldering most of the sound reproduction load meaning this was an important buy.
Cons: I believed the newegg good reviews, then I bough one here. It turns out . It sounds terrible. lousy vocal, lousy high frequency, bumpy weak bass. It is not even worth to resale for $20, so I gave it away.
Summary: Ha ha got this with onkyo 7.1 receiver and Polk in wall speakers and a bunch of other stuff to install for a family friend. package it and the receiver came in where kinda messed up (good old ups) so I pulled them out and pluged in the center channel Polk psw110 sub and onkyo receiver.
