Summary: These are great outdoor speakers. Excellent bang for your buck. I love Polk speakers. I have the entire RT line (RTi7, RTiA3, CSiA6, FXiA6, PSW505) and got these to match and add sound on my new deck. Crystal clear just like all my other Polk speakers. These are a good size. I didn't want to spend the extra money on the bigger Atrium 5/6/8 and I haven't been disappointed. They fit great in the corners of my deck.
Summary: DO NOT BUY! Speakers blow second day. Hooked up speakers correctly and sounded great, next day left channel speaker sounds muffled and contacted installer and he verified that everything was Installed correctly. Not good quality.
Summary: I ordered these speakers to put out on the back porch so I didn't have to bring out a portable radio with an extension cord. I'm not a serious stereo person but I am very happy with these speakers. They fill the whole backyard with music and sound great. I was originally looking at the Patio 200 model but really didn't want to spend that much money. These are half the price and they were more than I really needed.
Summary: Love these speakers. We just had our rear deck covered with a porch and wanted new white speakers to match all the trim. These are perfect. They sound great and the brackets offer a lot of flexibility in mounting. I chose to mount them at the intersection of the column and beam at each end of my porch. I took advantage of the 45 degree angle at each end of the bracket to let the speakers angle downward.
Great for patio - or better yet, a jeep or other "open top" vehicle

Summary: I have replaced all of my Klipsch speakers with Polk - better sound and a lower price! These speakers are great for the side of a camper or a patio. While the bass will not rattle the windows, the sound is extremely clear! I bought these to use as car stereo rears in a 1995 Jeep Wrangler - they work better and sound better than car stereo speakers. The look is MUCH better - you will be pleased!
I do have a feel for what sounds good and what is just ok

Summary: While I don't consider myself a true audiophile, I do have a feel for what sounds good and what is just ok. I cannot describe all the nuances between this brand and that and all the technical qualities. Only when comparing different brands of speakers or musical instruments side-by-side at the same time would I be able to really say one is better over another. However, I really like these speakers so far and they sound great to me.
Summary: sound they sound like they are bigger speaker's then they are they are had a pare of outdoor speakers that had 6 1/2 speakers in them and thees have better bass then they did i would buy the Polk Audio Atrium Speaker's a gen.
Summary: I replaced an 8 year old set of Altec Lansing speakers on my back porch with these. They are powered by a 40 year old Pioneer SA-9100 Amp. Overall, they are excellent, they don't compare to my 48 inch JBL's, but then again, they have less speakers and also only have 1/10th of the volume.
Compact size but can handle high volumes. Easy to install. Sound is crisp. Can take a beating from Mother Nature.

Summary: After hearing my friend's backyard deck speaker setup with the Polk Atriums, I had to get a pair too. Honestly the best speakers I ever purchased. Sound travels far in the yard and is very crisp. Not much bass but that is expected with the compact version of the Atrium series. Because of their size, you can install them anywhere.
