Very refined speaker for the money!

Tom Lehman, Amazon
  • Summary: I bought and installed this for a customer along with six RT625RT's for the RL, surrounds and rear speakers. I fashioned backing boxes from some heavy foam speaker damping material. This was existing construction so my options were limited. The client had the speaker wiring pre-installed by the builder and it wasn't the cable I would normally use but it was 16GA of adequate quality for the install. For the money spent these sound pretty darn good!

This is a great center channel if your looking for a stealth look

Nathan G Weber, Amazon
  • Summary: This is a great center channel if your looking for a stealth look. I put this in my new basement and paired it with the 265RT as left and right. I have the PSW505 12 inch sub and 90 RT in ceiling as rears. Watching movies literally sounds like we're in a movie theater. The wife was very impressed with what I chose to put in our new basement and how great it sounds.

Front Speaker painting review

E. Durk, Amazon
23 December 2014
  • Summary: Great item, matches well with my Polk RC55i front highs, rear, and rear surrounds. This grill is a little harder to take apart to properly paint, you have to bend around 12 tabs up to remove the metal speaker mesh from the frame, and then the cloth from the metal. The grill attaches to the speaker with magnets. I preferred the RC55i speaker grill in regards to ease of painting, but this grill looks cleaner when installed.

I just finished my basement and wanted a good quality center speaker without going too crazy on budget

Kelly, Amazon
21 October 2014
  • Summary: I just finished my basement and wanted a good quality center speaker without going too crazy on budget. This met the mail. It sounds great for the price and other gear I connected it to. I would definitely recommend it as a good mid-tier speaker. Audiophiles will expect more.
