   First and for most the Pioneer FS-51 do not sound like speakers, they sound like music. In another life "before the hideous state of the US economy" I have owned Quad and Martin Logan electrostatics, driven by Audio Research electronics. I play guitar and piano semi-professonaly and I know what music sounds like, and these little speakers hit the mark like NOTHING else anywhere near the price. Don't be fooled into thinking that the more expensive speakers from whoever are going to sound better, they won't. The Pioneer FS-51 is a gift to music lovers everywhere!!!
