Summary: These had great reviews at other places online but I can definitely hear the muddling of the highs and I don't consider myself an audiophile. Came with a very slight dent on one corner where the laminate is slightly delaminated but it is hard to see from a few feet.
Summary: This was a perfect choice. Clear, loud, and realistic sound. Pioneer should have kept this one. If anyone needs a center channel speaker, I'd say get this before they're gone. looks great too.
Summary: Overall a great center speaker for the average person at a very reasonable price
Pros: Solid wood body, which makes it heavy, with a crisp clear center channel sound that allows you to hear clear voices and other sounds that a center channel was made for.The connectors are banana plug compatible which is nice to use when connecting it to your reciever.
Cons: It comes with a rounded body and has no legs/feet to stop it from rocking. It doe's come with, rubber place holders, to lay it on, to keep it in place. It should at least come with some sort of a craddle or an attached front support to hold it from rocking.
Summary: This is a monster center speaker and has some power to it. Make sure you have the space for it. I ended up placing it behind my flatscreen facing towards the ceiling. Sounds pretty amazing like that. Probably would sound better facing out toward viewing area, but it works for me.
its an affordable upgrade that will not dissapoint

Summary: I recently upgraded our home entertainment system from a Pioneer VSX 815 to a Pioneer VSX 80 Elite. When I bought the first system I also bought six Sony 130 watt speakers all the way around except the center speaker. I had an old Optimus center speaker from Radio shack.
