Summary: a decent set of speakers.. but not a patch on the onkyo floor standers i used to have. paired with an onkyo av receiver, the sub doesn't fire at low volumes. still happy, but i wish i'd spent a bit more.
Summary: I have had these for a couple of months now and the subwoofer switches off when its not in use, this is great however if it is off for more than 10 mins or so, it lights up as if it is working, however there is no sound from it.

Summary: thought i had found a bargain but only £150 at hyperfi and €152 at amazon germany.. no matter how good they sound when i get them set up, this is going to leave a bad taste... no refkection on product... just amazon pricing and me assuming best deal would be here.

Summary: REVISED COMMENT AFTER USE BETWEEN NOV 2013 - MAY 2014 I am new to this game with AV systems. I bought this for my AV Onkyo TX-NR414. I read some reviews which indicated that there was a manufacturing defect with the Subwoofer bit of the set of speakers.
