Summary: Best deal of the day for the price of great sound system. Clear crisp sound for Music, Movie and voice. i would certainly buy another one or two for my other rooms if it's on sale again for $160 or less.
Summary: The product was easy to connect and has worked perfectly so far (only had it for a week). The sound is so much better than the TV speakers (Sony 55" DLP). The sound box also does a good job equalizing the sound of movies and commercials (as advertised) which was one of the main reasons we purchase the sound. As stated by others, if you expect this to sound like a true surround sound system, you are kidding yourself.
Summary: This Onkyo 6.1 sound bar at $400 is a good buy considering what it does. I received an email for a deal of the day. The Onkyo 6.1 was offered to me for $157 dollars, so I jumped at this offer. It turned out better than I thought, and I'm very happy with the purchase.
Summary: My disclaimer for this review is that I have only had the product for two days; with that being said, for $160, I feel I got an incredible deal. After being accustomed to using the speakers on my 50" Panasonic Television, the Onkyo LS-T10 delivers movie theater quality audio in my smaller sized living room.
Summary: Arrived extremely well packaged and was easy to set up, I only used the digital cord for the sound and it works fine. The unit is very heavy duty and much bigger than I thought. My TV is only 32 inches and I think this is meant for that size and much larger. The sound is WAY better than my TV alone and just light volume sounds great! I can't hear much difference in the sound modes. I keep the sub woofer on low as I think it sounds better.
Summary: Got this on deal of the day for only 160. Super easy to set up. All you do is plug it in and connect the optical cable supplied with this unit. The cisco cable box remote I have automatically worked with the unit, so no fussing around with programming the tv remote to work with the onkyo. Tv and onkyo turn on the same time I turn on the tv awesome! Only when turning off the tv does the onkyo stay on, but I consider it minor to turn it off separately.
