Summary: Bought these at 240 quid as a stop gap until tannoy's dc6t became affordable. These missions are unbelievably good for the money. Since buying the tannoys, I now have the missions in the bedroom hooked-up to musical fidelity x series separates.
Summary: I brought the Mission MX3 to replace my trusty 701s which were the weak link in my system. I already purchased a Mission MXC2 Centre. The MX3 speakers are very solid, well built & look fantastic. Do they deliver the sonic goods?
Summary: They say you get what you pay for. However with the MX3 you actually get more than you paid! I am a bit gutted because these gems are down to £200 and for this price they are a steal! But that's life hey! Audio quality - Have not had them that long but the more I listen the better they sound.
Pros: the metal base plates , bass port positioned at top rear of cabinet
Summary: I needed an update to replace 30+ year old handmade speakers which gave good service. Wanted smaller column speakers and these fit my requirements well, giving good clean, clear reproduction with my fairly old Technics separates and Sony CD player.
Summary: I bought a pair of these Mission speakers to go with my new Marantz system. The sound quality is so good, I am planning to buy a second pair. Highly recommend these speakers to anyone looking for great sound on a budget.
