Summary: wanted to try a soundbar to improve a 46 " Sony tv sound. This unit had good reviews and a good price for a new one. like the quality. Definite improvement in music sound. am not an expert but nearly as good as the Bose SR-1 sound for $1000 less. good value and will keep it.
Summary: Go in knowing no sound bar can replace a 5.1/7.1 Surround System. If you can grasp this, I could not imagine anyone would be disappointed with this set up. I purchased it for the a 65inch Samsung 8000 series LED which has and Optical Out Port located on the bottom right of the set (most likely because Samsung realized how bad their internal speakers are). I wired it directly using a single optical cable and could not be happier.
Summary: I've owned two sets of Klipsch speaker systems, which is why I went with this one. My first set was a 5.1 home theater (Reference series) speaker system and it was awesome. I sold it because I moved around too much and frankly, needed the money at the time. I had also bought the 2.1 speakers for my computer - still have those and they're awesome.
Summary: We purchased a 70" sharp tv- and I had read that while the picture was great- the sound was not. So after reading reviews we got this. The sound is great- almost too loud! My only complaint is that with the soundbar it is hard to turn the volume up "just a little bit"...so if you are watching tv when people are sleeping....you have to find a balance.
Summary: I have owned several soundbars and none compare to the SB3. Given that this soundbar is sub $1000, you really can't beat the quality. Was very easy to set up and installation was a breeze. The product was packaged nicely and was delivered perfectly. I decided to mount the bar under my tv with absolutely no issues. Included is a template that you can place on the wall so measurements are a breeze. The overall sound of the SB3 is truly amazing.
Summary: I've got a PS3, I watch movies and cable TV and my wife and I love to listen to music. I wanted a stereo that would do all of these things but couldn't really afford a full 5.1 or 7.1 setup (or convince my wife to let me hang a bunch of speakers in our living room). Klipsch seems to be a brand that is spoken highly of and the simple, relatively unobtrusive form factor of the soundbar worked for us both, so we decided to give it a try.
Summary: Day 1: - Unpacked it today! Packaging provided more than sufficient protection, and as you would imagine the box was quite large, but I managed to fit it in the reclined passenger seat of my car. - I really like the look of the whole system, but I should mention that I underestimated the height of the bar. I was planning on just letting it sit in front of my TV, but the screen isn't very high off the TV stand so it looks kinda awkward.
Summary: Love this soundbar. Did extensive research on all types of soundbars. Heard every possible soundbar they have to offer at BestBuy, Circuit City, Fry's Electronics etc. I was looking for something that not only had amazing sound volume but had quality. I wanted a system that hit a wide range of frequencies. Something that you can turn up and hear the crisp highs as well as the low deep bass.
Summary: I must have read 50 articles reviewing sound bars and man what a diverse set of opinions! So I don't listen to sounds like some of the reviewers, poor highs, no lows etc. but I like what I hear, that simple. I love this sound bar! Perfect size for my room and the 3D option is great, fills the room well balanced and full. The set up is so easy it is funny! Read my TV input signal from the Toslink and bam we were in business!!
