Summary: I bought mine last year on the holidays to be part of my media room and now after many months I can say these are really great speakers. As part of my research I went to different stores (Best Buy/Magnolia) and Fry's and listened to different equivalent speakers (similar specs and price range)...
Summary: Realize this is a big speaker and much larger than I expected. I would have probably gotten the 62's if I realized how large they were but I am not disappointed. I cannot turn it up to much to distort the sound. I can be Bi-wired which I have not experimented with and excepts banana plugs or wires.
Great speakers at a great price with very good quality.

Summary: I purchased the speakers based on the price and purported quality of Klipsch, I am aware that people either love the horn tweeter or hate it. Given that the RF-82II is just one step below their top of the line I decided to give it a try based on reviews I have researched.
Summary: These speakers sound phenomenal. I'm not an audiophile, so no technical analysis, but I do like the full range of crystal clear sound these produce when matched with my Harman Kardon AVR 7300. I would buy them again.
Summary: I had a pair of Klipsch Forte IIs since the 80's. They sounded awesome until Sandy came and wiped them out. I replaced them with the RF-82s and I'm not the least bit disappointed. Sound quality, price, and looks.... Can't beat it.....
Summary: I bought my first decent stereo when I was 15. Then with digital downloads and portable players the quality of sound slipped considerably. Recently I decided to get that quality of sound back. My first purchase were these speakers, quality cables, and the Onkyo TX8050 80 watt amp.
