great speakers

Hugo D, klipsch.com
22 April 2014
  • Excerpt: I'm using this RF-62 II as my front speakers with a RC-52 II as center channel and 2 RF-42 II as surround, also I have a great subwoofers, a Synergy 10" and a SW-112, I recommend to use the bi-wire connection of course without the gold plated connectors, buy a 16g monster cables and connect the 2 terminals with 2 different cables and then connect both cables together to the receiver output, of course negative with negative and positive with positive.
  • Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Good Audio
  • Cons: NONE

RF-62 II , great speakers

HugoD, klipsch.com
27 March 2014
  • Excerpt: I just purchased this RF-62 II standing speakers and I was amazed with their great performance, I'm currently using them as my Left and Right front speakers, I also have a RC-42 as my center speaker, RF-42 II as my surround, SW-112 and 10"Synergy as my subwoofers. The sound is great, you can set the RF-62 II as large because they can handle the subs really well, I recommend to set all the speakers at 80(THX) and the subwofers to 120, subwoofers are connected by LFE,...

Speaker bargain of the century

Jackson, Crutchfield
4 February 2014
  • Summary: It's hard to believe the cherry finish is cheaper. It looks very warm and realistic. But you want to know about the sound. While they do require a break in period to bring out full depth (they are bright out of the box), once they are broken in the deliver phenomenal sound. Particularly with vocals, these speakers are relaxed and won't wear you out for hours of listening enjoyment.
  • Pros: Looks, sound, craftsmanship, stability
  • Cons: A little on the heavy side but not much of a con. Requires some break in time to truly sound expressive.
