Summary: I decided to replace all of my home theater speakers with Klipsch brand. The one's I'm replacing are Infinity TSS-SAT 1200. I've had them for about 6 or 7 years. My previous speakers before those were also Infinity. I expected a significant sound improvement mainly because of the size difference(RF-52's are much larger than my SAT 1200's which are on stands). The build quality and attractiveness of the Klipsch are a nice bonus.
Summary: I simply love this set of speakers... They fulfill all my expectations, they sound especially with my pioneer receiver watching a 7.1 movie ,On Pandora they perform greAT. The subwoofer with this package is very good and I was dubious when I bought this aspect of the package. Thye were easy to set-up and I added a pair of Klipsch bookshelf speakers to get 7.1 surround.
Summary: These are just above entry level tower speakers, but they sound great. I use them for the front "soundstage" of my Home Theatre, and made the RF10's I had there before my "side" channels. Since the RF10's are also "tower" speakers, they are just about at the perfect ear level, and they kick a$$. Build you a full Klipsch system (even with these [if they still make them]), and you'll never look back. Oh, by the way, the price I got them for at Amazon... was a steal...
Summary: Aside from being great sounding speakers I mainly wanted to leave feedback pertaining to the excellent customer service experience I had when I found a defect with one of the towers I received. When I received my RF-52's and got them hooked up I unfortunately could hear right away that one of the speakers was only putting out distortion, no clear sound was being produced.
Summary: Wow! these speakers are amazing. I went to ABT to listen to several different speakers and just happened to see these and decide to compare to the others. once I heard these there was no doubt that i had to have them in my house. they sound fantastic and far better than any of the other brands in this price range. I have a Harman Kardon AVR 1700 100watts per channel and everything is so clear and defined.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy to Mount, Easy To Set Up, Good Power Output, Great Sound Quality
Summary: These speakers produce a lot more bass than I had expected for their size. If you're not a big fan of the big booming bass of a powered subwoofer these won't leave you with just a bunch of highs. Would definitely recommend Bi-amping these speakers if you have a capable receiver. There was a pretty obvious clarity and volume change when I did it to mine. I like that the covers snap on with a magnet instead of plugging in with a plastic piece.
Summary: I got these speakers as part of DIY home theater/music system. They are really impressive. I returned a perfectly good subwoofer (8" Klipsch) because the bass of this pair is strong enough. The subwoofer was actually too much. Matched with a Denon Receiver and Yamaha CD and Blu-ray players, and a Klipsch RC-42 II center speaker for movies, this is a part of a great system.
