Summary: I'm very happy with these speakers. I have had them for 3 months now and they sound great. The sound is crystal clear and the bass is more than enough for my main living room that is open to the kitchen and dining areas. The square footage is probably around a 1000 sq feet between all three areas. Even at low volumes, the bass speaker almost vibrates the pictures off the wall and it is turned down below halfway on the sub. I use an Onkyo 700 series to power them.
Summary: If you are looking for something with good sound to play at home to get into your movies or games then this is probably what you want. If you are purchasing to party then this isn't. My roommates and I nearly blew my speakers trying to see what we could get them to do. They are not that loud, but they are good quality.
Summary: I recently upgraded my out of the box sony surround sound with these speaker and an Onkyo receiver and I am really glad I did. The difference is night and day. I liked my other surround sound system but I love this system. These speakers seem to be very crisp and the amount of details that I notice now when watching a movie or playing a game are huge. I would definitely buy these speakers again.
Summary: bought this system about a year ago, used once or twice a week. And just recently started to rattle central dinamik.when I removed grill, saw that cracked membrane. Then a week later began to rattle the front right speaker.
Summary: Bought this system as a replacement for the lackluster sound from a "bargain buy". Wish I had discovered these speakers sooner as they are the best bang for the buck. IMO Klipsch has created a small package with a very big sound at an affordable price.
Great system, does well with music and video, fairly sensitive to speaker placement for best results.

Summary: The Klipsch system is a really great set up! The only challenge with the Klipsch HDT 600 is the rather "narrow" range of optimum placement locations. The center channel and sub-woofer are easy (center channel goes right below or above the center of the screen and "aimed" at ear height when listening while the sub-woofer sits on my stone tiled floor to the front of the screen, set up about 12 inches off from the longest side wall you can get to easily).
Summary: Beware when you buy this. The package has no speaker cables included and no RCA connector to hook up the sub-woofer to your receiver. These cables are an expectation when you buy a home theater system. I had to make a run to BestBuy and spend twice as much for speaker cables as I would have on Amazon, if only i had known that the package didn't include cables. As far as the speakers themselves are concerned they are good and have been enjoying them thus far.
Summary: For the money, this system is excellent and meets all of my needs. I play both music and home theater through these unobtrusive speakers and everyone comments on how well they work, and the system handles those climactic scenes in movies, where the base is extremely heavy and the action is fast, very well. As far as I am concerned, these speakers have performed equally as well as the Bose system I left at my other house, at a much, much lower cost.
Summary: The sound from this compact set is impressive. I paired this with a Denon arv300 to replace a 90's audio system that was incompatible with new tv. This set virtually becomes invisible in a room. I was especially pleased that CDs and music sound good too. Movie and tv are awesome.
