Summary: As others have mentioned, the speaker connection clips on the back of each speaker leave a lot to be desired. In connecting one of the speakers, with almost no effort at all, one of the plastic spring clips just disintegrated.
Summary: These sepakers beat the Bose speakers in terms of sound and quality. Absolutely amazing to hear (music, movies). The speakers do not come with wall mountings. Omnimount 10.0 is the correct mount and they do perfect job for connecting speakers to the wall.
Summary: Movies and electronic (techno etc) music sound fantastic on this system. Explosions hit hard, and speech comes across crystal clear. Turn on a rock song, though, and you will be left wondering why you don't even hear notes that hit hard on your car's stock speakers.
Pros: Good starter kit. Bass is impressive, even in a 400 sq ft room. Gets you going with impressive clarity, so you can start watching movies the way they were meant to be heard. Music can range from good to lacking. Most classical is amazing. I closed my eyes and was immediately transported to a conc...
Cons: I found the system to have very powerful highs and very powerful lows, but almost completely lacking in mid-range punch. The 2.5" woofers just don't push hard enough for a lot of songs in the rock genre. To make matters worse, the sub can't handle a higher crossover frequency to offset the lack o...
Summary: Have to say, I bought them because of price (paid less than half the MSRP) and a decent, not great, online review. I'm happy with them and would buy again.
Pros: Arrived in 2 business days, good looking, crisp sound, good base response, easy to set up, just about right for someone who is not an audio/movie-phile. Well designed mounting brackets that allow you to aim the individual speakers left or right, you can even wall mount the center speaker which yo...
Cons: Connectors are a little cheap, I replaced a set of Polks where I used 14 gauge wire, the Klipsch HD's were designed for 16 gauge max so the pre-existing wires didn't fit very well.
Decent speakers for low budgets or 2nd zones (rooms)

Summary: I picked up this speaker set on Dec 18th during the gold box deal. Installed this yesterday in a huge room (family room+kitchen) with lots of furniture, vaulted ceilings, and on one slanting wall with provision for in ceiling surround rear speakers (L+R).
Summary: i needed small sealed speakers due to small cabinets surrounding my flat screen tv, what i received was a set of small sealed speakers with a crisp clear defined sound for 299. I replaced a set of boston mcs130 with these klipsch speakers, the sound was like night and day.
Summary: If I was to rate Newegg it would be a 2. Received product and box was damaged. There was no manual or mounting screws in the box. I called Newegg and they said they will look into it. Rep emailed me back and said there is nothing they could do and gave me manufacture #.
Pros: Speakers should great. not as loud as expected but it does the job. Hooked up to Onkyo TX-NR609 which is awesome. Price was great with $300 off.
Cons: Speaker wire connector just like the others are talking about.
Summary: I would fully recommend these as part of a package deal, but not sure I would pay full retail for them. I got them as a 599.99 deal with the Yamaha RX-V567 and am fully satisfied thus far!
Pros: Beautiful sound. These little speakers have BIG sound and excellent clarity. They are small and perfect for smaller to mid-size living rooms(and would probably even sound pretty good in a large one). The speakers themselves feel very nice and solid, as well as have a quality piano finish on them....
Cons: As many have mentioned, the terminal clips on the back of each speaker are quite junky. It's so glaring because of the very high quality evident in the rest of the setup. I could barely jam the 16 awg wire in there, and that is the recommended gauge from Klipsch(I was originally planning 12 awg!)...
