Summary: I brought a pair of these speakers two weeks ago in little old New Zealand after auditioning several similar priced and sized speakers, including Bowers and Wilkins 685, Polk Audio Ts 220B, Wharfedale 121's, Mission M2 and the larger Kef Q 500 floorstanders.
Solid Well Built Just like B&W In Fact Probably B&W's Competition

Summary: Excellent sound completely blew away any RB speaker Klipsch makes,in fact the only speakers at Best Buy that sounded about the same were the B&W's.Only drawback like B&W these Kef speakers suck up power.A 50w tube amplifier per channel no problem,i would be on the safe side if using quality solid...
Well constructed, wonderful audio, smart appearance bookshelf KEF's
12 November 2013
Summary: Smooth sound...crisp, clean highs. Decent midrange, above average bass. These need huge break-in time...probably 200 hours. Be very patient....these will last forever...just dont crank these up until after break-in period...200-300 hours.
Summary: Day one, right out of the box, without the benefit of quality cables, these Kefs are very pleasant. I am spoiled by 30 years with Meridian M2s. The imaging is much better than expected, and will only improve when the new cables arrive and break-in. (See Morrow Audio.
Summary: Just purchased a pair and I must say that they are amazing speakers for the price. It's often a challenge for audio lovers to find lower priced speakers that have the clean midrange associated with much higher priced equipment.
Summary: Bought a pair of KEF Q300 speakers, KEF Q600c and a pair of Pinnacle Subcompact 300 watt powered subs. Just wowed by the sound! Awesome clarity and amazing bass! Started enjoying the new sound with all kinds of music and movies.
Summary: I did a huge amount of research, and auditioned a couple sets of speakers. These things are seriously awesome sounding, and personally I think may blow competing B&W's out of the water. I have them paired with a small NR1403 by Marantz, and couldn't be happier. Thanks KEF!
Summary: I am Running these with a Qinpu A6000 Mk2, and these sound great. For a small room these are more than enough. The only reason that I took a star off was for the Q Driver, in a small space the qDrive seems to negitivly affect the sound stage (compaction).
