Summary: My stereo is the nicest thing I own and it is my first nice stereo. While my amplifier and turntable can sound great, they are also fussy and buzz or need dusting, or have belts that fall off sometimes. My speakers sound great and they never give me any heartburn.
Summary: With apprehension I waited for these speakers: I was worried about being disappointed, reviews were glowing--too much hype, almost--though at least one blogger complained they are difficult to power. No worries now that they've arrived: They are as superb as you and I have read.
Summary: These KEF's are a big improvement over my ancient B&W 802's, which I loved. Much better imaging and clarity. I run them with a HSU Research subwoofer, so low bass is not an issue. As I improve my system, I'm certain that these speakers will easily allow me to hear the difference.
