I have to forget what my main system sounds like...
30 March 2014
Summary: My main system is a Martin Logan 7.1 electrostatic speakers system. I liken listening to speakers to test driving cars. If you test drive a BMW 3 Series and then drive a Honda CR-V (yes, I have both of these cars) you're going to be thoroughly disappointed in the CR-V.
Summary: These are very good for the price. I hooked it up withe only 626 receiver and after little bit of tweaking (on the receiver) the sound was amazing. I recommend this to anyone who is just setting up a home theater with less than 600 bucks. Including the receiver.
Summary: I was looking for a very budget friendly setup and spent a couple months listening to speakers in stores and reading many online reviews.I found this set on amazon for 199 and was a little skeptical on what they would sound like, look like, build quality etc.
Summary: First off coming from a house where dad only used vega's,I don't have it like that yet. I came from sony speakers small ones. These from the sony's is like night and day. They sound clear I hear everything now in music and movies. I have them paired with a sony STR-DH540 at 6ohm they sound great!
Summary: I bought these speakers based on the other reviews thinking "how bad can they be for under $200". I was very pleasantly surprised by every aspect of this system. The cabinets are not cheap feeling, they have a solid weight to them and the finish is beautiful. Definitely not a "budget" speaker look.
Summary: The price tag made me a little nervous but after opening the box and getting them all wired to my Pioneer receiver along with a B&W sub, I am very impressed and happy with the purchase. If you are thinking about this system you will want to add a sub, it really completes this system!.
Summary: The rich sound from this system is the best I have ever heard. I thought it would be good from the reviews but when I hooked up the Yamaha amp it was fantastic. I have full theater sound and when I added the Polk 10" sub-woofer this system rocks.
