Summary: These are great speakers that sound terrific! I've these connected to a Denon 3808. I'm not an audiophile, so I can't spout stats to back up all my claims, but since sound is as much experience as statistics, here goes: The sats are really compact and look very sleek (polished/shiny black) and...
Summary: I bought this with an Onkyo TX-SR606 reciever. I could not be more pleased. I am not an audio expert, but I listen to enough music to know the difference between bad and good speakers. These are excellent.
Summary: I am no audiophile but my wife is ;) She really loved the clarity of the sound the way the music comes alive though these speakers. I like the booms from the subwoofer, but the part that I liked the most about these speakers is the price (vs performance)and the easy mounting options on them.
Summary: I purchased this speaker set based on the reviews I found here and all over the internet. After hooking up the speakers I found that the tweeter in the center channel speaker and in one of the satellite speakers was not working. The non-functioning tweeters issue wasn't immediately noticeable to me.
Summary: I purchased the Energy system in August of this year and am extremely impressed with its performance. I should preface this review by disclosing that I am a heavy researcher, my wife says bordering on compulsive.
Summary: Well, I brought this set 1 month ago. Works very well. The speakers r small and unobtrusive. The sound from the drivers are excellent not tinny as u might expect. The speakers r made in china for anyone who thought they were made in canada. I guess ow they keep costs down.
Summary: I have recently purchased this system paired with a Denon AVR1508. And all I can say is WOW! I originally purchased the POLK RM705 package, and kept them all of 2 days, brought those back and got the Klipsch Quintet III paired with the KSW10 subwoofer, on both systems all the satellites' did was...
Summary: I got these on sale on Boxing Day and I'm not 100% convinced they should cost that much. The current is WAY too much for this system in my opinion. They sound good but they do distort now and then if I'm listening to my rock and roll.
Summary: I have to say that my expectations where exceeded when i paired them with a Sony STRDN840 receiver and i also picked up a extra pair of Energy Take 20 speakers as well to complete my 7.1 setup since those were on sale as well over the holidays.
