Pros: They are perfect for a medium size bedroom Also for a living space of 24'-17'
Cons: I have not encountered any problems with my CB-10s It took some time to break in but once they did it was like night and day. I have then powered by a Denon with an 80 watt per channel. They sound better with the volume up loud. I wish they would run more efficiently. (At low volume)
Summary: Energy's powered subwoofers are the weak link in their speaker systems plus Energy won't allow 3rd party repair centers to work on them by with holding needed repair parts. Instead al speakers must be sent to a Michigan repair center that charges unbelievable rates without even checking for what is...
Pros: I haven't unpacked them yet but they will be added to our Energy Speaker whole house system which is made up of 18 Energy speakers.
... is about these speakers that make them such a joy. They are just so smooth

Summary: I don't know what it is about these speakers that make them such a joy. They are just so smooth. I also use the MA bx2's and they can be harsh sometimes when cranked up. I wanted to have a set of speakers that i could switch out when i want that more smooth treble sound.
Summary: These puppies boom I have them in my movie room in my basement along with my smaller energy speakers and I don't see why anyone would need anything more... unless your movie room can seat maybe 20-30 people
Summary: Like so many speakers sold these days, the bottom end and mid range are flat and muffled. It seems most US designed speakers suffer from the same disease. They sound like my parents old stereo when my Dad would turn the bass way up and treble way down........
