Summary: Perfect for PC audio. A few observations: After turning on, the amp reverts to default settings so your treble and base will have to be re-set to your preferences. Also the volume goes to the middle setting (30). The power switch is at the back which is a little inconvenient and I would have preferred a switch to turn the headphone socket on/off. As it is when you change from speakers to headphones and vice versa, you have to unplug your headphones each time.
Summary: These are good speakers with good sound quality. The default balanace has a little too much bass and I actually have to turn down the bass setting. My only complaint is that they don't remember the balance or volume settings when turned off and on again, so I have to change the settings every time I use them.
Summary: Got this for my brother. I was hesitant in the beginning as I had not heard of the company before. Also looking at the pictures I felt it might be tacky! Turns out, its a great piece of work! Recommended for the power, looks and ease of use.
Summary: Excellent sound, especially from the sub. No complaints about the sound whatsoever- perfect for your living room at low volumes and the odd occasion where you want some meaty volume. The amp looks good but better eq options would be a plus. The satellites look a little cheap as does the sub but like i said before the sound is spotless for this price so it's fine to have to compromise on the design.
Summary: This is a brilliant sounding set of speakers for the price. The bass is OK, although not loud enough unless cranked up to the maximum level on the amp unit... maybe this is just my personal taste. The 2 satellites give very good sound. No distortion from anything. Sounds good at loud volume. The only problem I had was that the box I was shipped by Amazon (which arrived exactly when they said it would by the way), contained a European plug, not a British one!!
Summary: This is probably the best set of speakers in this price range, very good quality of sound even at high volumes, and good bass and treble although the bass isn't doesn't go as high as I would like in some circumstances, and certainly not as loud as you would expect given the sheer size of the sub. The speakers are well built for this price range, and pretty weighty too.
Summary: I bought these speakers to improve the sound quality of my flat screen TV. Once set up they are excellent. A couple of small niggles though - 1) I needed to buy an adapter to plug it in to our 13amp socket outlet. 2) The remote control is very small.
A good set of speakers and should be fine as long as you don't have remote problems!

Excerpt: I have my TV in the bedroom and there is limited space for speakers so I decided to get a 2.1 set. I had a few basic requirements which I on paper the Edifier C2 met: - Under £50 - Wireless remote - Good in build as well as sound quality From the reviews I read this seemed to tick all the boxes. Once it finally arrived, I experienced the first (and only) problem. The wireless remote also changed channels and switched off my Comag satellite receiver!!
Summary: This is a great product with good value for money. I have set this up in my bedroom to both my pc and tv. Only problem now is getting rid of the Mrs so that I can play it on full blast. I have already played a couple of blue Ray movies and picture/sound quality go well hand in hand. The sub also has a good deep crisp sound, but would recommend you keep it next to your sofa or bed. Handy small remote and useful dials on base especially if you tend to loose your remotes.
