Summary: I'm rating these based on how I use them: outdoors, as a remote speaker system on a deck and lower patio. The two sets of Duals are connected to a Marantz 2225 vintage receiver, which is indoors, and then through a passive outdoor switcher.
Summary: these are great little outdoor speakers, they perform well, kick in a little volume and they do better. I've seen these going for $50 and higher, once you get into that price range look for something better but at the $30-$40 range you won't be disappointed
Summary: I purchased 3 sets of these of these speakers to set up a 5.1 channel portable backyard theater sound system. For my use they are perfectly adequate and at the price offered, allowed me to set up 5.1 channel system rather than a more traditional 2.1 system.
Summary: These little speakers are really better than they ought to be for the price. I'm leaving them out (in a covered location) all year, and I didn't want to spend a lot. But I have to say, they sound great. They also look good, too. And inexpensive.
Summary: OMG what a value! These waterproof speakers have incredible sound and are mounted on a golf cart...perfect sound great bass and high end. The only thing I find a bit cheaply made is the spring clips that hold the speaker wire, (they pop off)
Excellent sound for the price, but the wire connects are terrible.

Summary: I just needed some "garbage" speaker for my garage shop, and after striking out trolling the weekend's garage sales, I decided to try Amazon. Bingo! A pair of easily mounted, 3-way speakers for $32. Probably only $12 more than if I could have found them in a neighborhood sale.
Summary: great little speakers,I needed good sound in our motor home where space is a issue, also wanted to open the rear doors and set them on a table for nice outdoor music while camping ,these are great at twice the price ,they sound that good on our cheap system .would buy again in
