Reviews and Problems with Braven 600 Bluetooth Speaker

Only for Music

Summary: So I plugged it in directly with the 3.5 audio cable, but the instant you plug it into the speaker, loud static ensues. So loud that the audio from the source doesn't drown it out. I tried different cables to no effect.
Pros: Bluetooth synced up easily with three different devices.
Cons: When connected by bluetooth, the audio lags the source by about a second, so while this is fine for music, I had intended to use it while watching videos on my tablet.
Summary: Bought for myself on Amazon Black Friday deals, but ended up returning for a refund. Disappointed with sound output, and tiny volume buttons. Build quality very good. Would have preferred the 650 model with the rubber casing for more durability, but alas he was not on the BF sale.
Summary: I am not an audiophile but I have a good ear. I always buy decent earphones such as Sure, Bose, Monster, Kipsch so have some experience in good sound. This didn't. It was empty of depth and for the money was a million miles away from the £219 Bose which I cant afford so will look for something either at a better value or better performance.
