Summary: Product is awesome! Sound great... highs are a little bright at first but once you break them in... pure joy! Shipping was great... package arrived in excellent condition.. overall great purchase!
Summary: This is my first review but these speakers really deserve it. They have finally broken in after about 50 hours of listening and finally getting them positioned correctly. I have them set to small, crossover at 60hz and spaced about 12 feet apart. They play all genres of music very well with jazz and other instrumental music shining the most. I play music on 2 channel stereo only and they can really show what they can do even without the subwoofer engaged.
Summary: This speaker reproduces sound quite well for its size and price. The fit and finish is well above what one would expect in this price range. With these I replaced an ancient pair of DCM Timewindows. While the BICs cannot dare match the smoothness and warmth of those vintage towers, they are far ahead for use in a home theater. The BIC is punchy and loud where the DCM is smooth and natural, never hoping to attain the volume of these DV64s.
Summary: I was skeptical about buying these speakers for my home theater setup given how inexpensive they were. I am pleasantly surprised at how good they sound. Guests often complement me on their fullness, especially bass, highs and lows. They really shine when I play music over AirPlay (I own an Apply TV). They fill up the entire apartment and give clarity to each instrument.
Summary: I try do do extensive research on most every product that I purchase. I chose the BIC America DV64 towers based on specs, great price and rave reviews. These, along with the Dv-62CLRS center channel I also purchased, sound really great on their own until funds accommodate the rear speakers and sub-woofer. I've had these for only a couple of weeks but so far am quite impressed with the quality and build and they have definitely met my expectations.
Summary: I've had these for almost a year, and I can say that they are well worth the money. I paid about $125 each per speaker, and they are well worth twice the amount. I've owned Sony tower speakers before, and these are much better. I wanted an inexpensive home theature setup for my living room, and these have done the trick. I paired a small center speaker, Polk TL1, with these, and it produces clear, solid sound.
EXCELLENT value for the money, make sure they are broken in

Summary: I really wanted a high quality system on a budget. Without a ton of money to spend, I spent months researching tower speakings. I tried to find something for $100 a speaker, but was willing to go up to $200 if necessary. I found really positive reviews for these BIC DV64's, and went for it. I am not an audiophile, and you can not expect audiophile sound out of speakers this inexpensive.
Summary: We have used these now for several years as our home theather primary speakers. Sound quality is excellent. Perhaps in the future I'll try smaller speaker sets, but I am doubtful their sound quality will exceed that of these towers.
