So Far So Good

  • Summary: I bought 2 of these at the same time and I did a test at home. So far they sound good. Very light for the size. I also own a couple Peavey 12" powered speakers and these seem lighter. Have not road tested them yet but soon will. I did alot of research and kept coming back to these. Price is right. Only thing that seemed a little touchy is the volume knob. Volume is very faint until 5 after that it jumps to very loud.

MORE than adequate

  • Summary: Hi there! I am using this speaker to teach a high energy fitness class called Zumba. Zumba classes use Latin music for the most part so I needed a speaker that could handle a rich array of percussion and maintain the driving bass underneath. I'm using a single speaker to cover a 2000 sq ft room with 30+ people in it and don't even come close to pushing this speaker to its limit. It's also light enough that I carry it from class to class.
