A great speaker for home theater or outdoor applications

Summary: I wasn't sure if I would like this speaker, coming from a Kustom setup with a Pyle amp/USB player that burned up just out of warranty. But I love hooking this up to my Elmo 16mm projector through an adapter box. I just wish the speaker had a usb port and small mixer on the back. It has a very wide dispersion and the sound is great, makes my old movies sound better than ever.
Summary: This is a great speaker! I used this for backyard karoake and dance parties in the basement! I pair it with the behringer 802 mixer board and my laptop. You can pretty much crank this thing up all the way. Can't turn the bass up too high but it has a good balanced when mixed correctly.
Summary: Don't buy these expecting to be able to throw a raging dubstep party for your bros, but buy these if you are in need of 10 inch powered speakers to supplement an existing system, or for smaller reinforcement applications. After using the 15 and 12 inch models, I was surprised by the clarity in the highs on these....but obviously the low end will need some supplementing if you are playing anything bass heavy.
Summary: Used this for an event where we broadcast background music before the start and then made announcements through the single cabinet (mounted on a speaker stand) at the start of the event. As a musician who is down-sizing his gear, this one is a keeper and i'm selling my JBL stage monitors and rack-mounted power amp. Note that you cannot run the mike through the XLR input while using the 1/4" connection for another feed.
Summary: I knew it was going to be lightweight - but when I plugged it in I was blown away. The bass is much more powerful than I had expected. Works great for keyboard and voice. But in a pinch, in a small space, it would even work for bass. It has become my go to small amp.
Summary: i own a pair of 205's & i need to expand it, but i need a little more but not a lot to create a big unbalance sound distribution. voila - these are perfect for my needs - sounded great for both PA & music with more to offer than just being a powered speaker; easy connection, different connectors, lightweight, & more. i was planning to get a bose system but still continue to contemplate with the price tag..
Summary: For my mobile djing gigs I really need only 10 inch speakers. I had Pro Audio ones and blew one out after only 2 years. I researched and decided on the Behringers. No regrets at all. These have a big sound and clear also. Very pleased with the purchase.
Summary: Bought this for my son's band. Great for what it's designed for but we were disappointed it doesn't have a jack that you can pop your ipod into if you just want to use it as a speaker when you're not performing.
