Summary: I have had the same PSB tower speakers for 19 years and I thought it was time for a upgrade. I had surched the net for top rated speakers and fond the PL-89's came in 2nd from 2013 behind the WAY overpriced B&W , so I checked into these and decided tp give them a shot. WOW am I glad i did, My Denon HT system has NEVER sounded this good for blu ray and CD's. The audio from Blu Rays are amazing.
Summary: It is by far the Best Home Theater System I have listened. Yes I did review/listen to quite a few of them like Klipsch RF62 series & Polk series, Infinity primus p363, etc. But this one tops everything else. Period. The sub woofer is awesome. I would highly recommend it to others.
Summary: I almost don't want to review these and keep the secret to myself. They have very few reviews and few people pay much attention to this brand. Let me assure you that they are extremely impressive in both looks and performance. The first time I actually played something at an increased volume level, I thought a window was going to break or I may cause deification to myself. Shortly after turning up the volume, I walked outside to take the trash to the curb.
Extremly Accurate and Efficient!! Very LOUD to a Fault!!

Summary: These things kick butt and the price is very right. They blew my mind from day one and Iove them more and more every time I want to be blown away.BIC has got a fan in me. I own 2-F12 subs and together with the pair of PL89 II,s made me truly enjoy my system! Thanks BIC AMERICA!! UPDATE!! OCT 27th... Yeah the reviews are accurate as I read and experienced for myself they have broken in and they are truly excellent speakers!
Summary: I was researching and looking into purchasing Klipsch Reference Series RF-82 II and found these while looking up info on Klipsch and for half if not a third the cost you can get speakers that sound identical and look identical. I budgeted around $5,000 for a great sound system however for under $1,000 bucks I was able to get a 5.1 setup (and FYI if you look these up on Ebay you can get them for a lot cheaper if you make an offer).
Summary: Initially I planned to purchase Polk 400 TSi but they looked quite cheap and sounded poorly when I had a chance to demo them. BIC was purchased strictly based on pro and user reviews and I made sure that I can return them if I do not like them. I am very pleased with these speakers so far and do not plan on returning them. The sound they produce is great, rich and full in representing highs, mids and lows.
On the fence about these? Buy'em. You won't look back.

Summary: After ditching my Bose system for something with better sound, and after reading countless reviews about countless numbers of speakers, all signs pointed to BIC Acoustech speakers. I was very skeptical because of the price, but honest reviews don't lie. Even found professional reviews online from other testers and their comments were all postitive. These babies are LOUD! Think Klipsch quality, without the Klipsch price.
Summary: After days and hours of research, I purchased these speakers along with the BIC PL-200 Acoustech Platinum Series Subwoofer and the BIC Acoustech PL-26 Center Speaker. Very impressed with their look, construction, weight, sound and performance. The only thing I wish I did was purchase the PL-28 Center Speaker instead, as it would be a better match with the PL-200 and PL-89 lines in terms of wattage. But the PL-26 is not far off.
