Loose fit, get a headband

Jason M., Newegg
2 August 2012
  • Pros: They go in your ears. Sound quality is decent if you're sitting somewhere.
  • Cons: These are larger than I expected, and I have a pretty big head. I couldn't get them to fit snugly enough to have a nice sealed up sound like you would get with traditional earbuds. Used them a dozen times and went back to something else. Pretty expensive too.

They stay put [with caveats], but have mediocre sound

Hieu P., Newegg
1 March 2012
  • Summary: Using this with a Sansa Clip+ and it's strictly for workout use. Because of this, I can live with its sub-par audio quality as I'm not looking for the best sound when jogging or exercising. Prior to these, I was using Skull Candy Ink'd buds, but they would start falling out after getting sweaty.
  • Pros: Once you get them fitted, it definitely stays put on your eyes and requires a lot of indirect effort to get jostled out completely. Light weight and the cord does not transmit sounds when it's rubbed.
  • Cons: Muddled audio. Even after allowing them to be played on for about 40 hours, the bass is messy and isn't very clear. Can be involved trying to fit properly. They don't quite stay in your ear as you like, leaking in outside.
