Summary: Our family enjoyed the rich sound, however the product comes short in the quality control area. The Led volume indicators stopped working after a week or two, the after about a year had to frequently power cycle the subwoofer as it lost pairing with the bar.
Summary: I received this Visio VHT510 and the subwoofer and attached speakers would not work. I paired them as directed and after 5 failed attempts I called tech support. The young lady was polite but was reading the manual to me as I read it. I could hear the papers shuffling in the background.
Good sound for the price, too high defective rate.

Summary: This soundbar comes with a decent subwoofer and two small surround satellite speakers. The sound quality of the soundbar itself is pretty good for an entry level model. The subwoofer is decent for a small room.
Summary: One thing to know is that on refurbished items with Newegg, you will not receive a refund even if it is defective. This is not right!
Pros: Did review this and purchased it because of the many good reviews it received on other websites. It fit nicely into the video cabinet that I am using and I also like the fact that the subwoofer is wireless (syncs to center channel).
Cons: Bought this knowing it was a refurbished unit. I felt that the savings of it being refurbished far outweighed the price of it brand new $300+. Once I received it and hooked it up I noticed the center channel had noticable static in it and would not go away. The louder it played the more amplified...
Summary: Newegg really dropped the ball on customer service for me. I was a bit shocked that I was left out to dry from a company that is renowned for customer service. After speaking with Doreena w/ customer service, I sent an email into their customer service dept.
Pros: This unit is great for a small apartment, I'm very impressed with the sound, albeit a bit "tinny" it's not bad for the price. Summary: This model is also known to have LED indicators that fail. I was hoping that since it was recertified the issue would have been resolved. But I only had it for a day before returning so I can't comment on that.
Pros: Sounds good. Easy setup. Minimal wires.

Summary: Got it yesterday. It wasn't hard to set up but the rear speakers and subwoofer will not link with the sound bar. They are sending me a new one which is good, but their customer service reps are very poorly trained. It sounds like a bunch of 14 year olds who have no interest in helping.
