Summary: Our family enjoyed the rich sound, however the product comes short in the quality control area. The Led volume indicators stopped working after a week or two, the after about a year had to frequently power cycle the subwoofer as it lost pairing with the bar.
Summary: I received this Visio VHT510 and the subwoofer and attached speakers would not work. I paired them as directed and after 5 failed attempts I called tech support. The young lady was polite but was reading the manual to me as I read it. I could hear the papers shuffling in the background.
Good sound for the price, too high defective rate.

Summary: This soundbar comes with a decent subwoofer and two small surround satellite speakers. The sound quality of the soundbar itself is pretty good for an entry level model. The subwoofer is decent for a small room.
Summary: Short Version: never really got 5.1 surround working. I spent way too much time fiddling with this as it is. Longer Version: I purchased this with the hopes of getting an easy, affordable surround sound system into my house. I don't like A/V systems and I just wanted something easy and decent.

Summary: Got it yesterday. It wasn't hard to set up but the rear speakers and subwoofer will not link with the sound bar. They are sending me a new one which is good, but their customer service reps are very poorly trained. It sounds like a bunch of 14 year olds who have no interest in helping.
Summary: Purchased this item hoping for a simple surround sound solution without all the wires. When I got it and open the box realized the rear channel speaker ran off the subwoofer via wire and the sub was wireless. Didn't like this, was hoping for all wireless.
