Summary: V-MODA delivers yet again another fine piece of audio equipment. Their strive for perfection is certainly seen with the M-100. While the overall design of the headphones may not appeal to all consumers, the sound quality certainly will.
Pros: Military grade construction, manages to squeeze in just about every request from audiophiles and sound professionals into one pair of headphones, exoskeleton case is now smaller, sound quality is crisp and clean, highs excel and are supported by a warm low end, sharing means caring with the new S...
Cons: Bass could be a drop more present, it’s too pricey for poor audiophiles who would enjoy these most, V-CORK seals are easily lost due to size and are hard to remove from the headphone input, and design may not appeal to all consumers.

Conclusion: The V-MODA M-100 is a rare audiophile, yet truly mobile, headphone. Its small-when-folded footprint, ease of use and tough construction put it in a class of one. At slightly over $300, the M-100 is not an impulse buy and is probably a bit much for daily commuting use.
