Curly Cord fun

Robin Fitton, Amazon
15 September 2014
  • Summary: Nice sound and a good quality solid weighty feel. They feel more like a £55/£60 pair of headphones and not the £100+ that they were organically priced at. I like the curly cord which keeps it short and tidy.

Very pleased

Neil Young, Amazon

  • Summary: Excellent product, fantastic sound. Particularly like the option to plug in a second set of head-phones to share the sounds. Was a present for my wife but thinking of getting another pair for myself.

Good value - comfortable and well build

Daniel Lacey, Amazon
28 January 2014
  • Summary: For the price, they're far better than anything else I tried. The sound quality is good, not studio excellent, but neither is the price. Looks like a really solid build and the interchangeable cable is really great, for ipod and DJ-ing. I kinda wished I'd had the time to wait to get a different colour, as the shade of grey is a bit lighter than I would have liked, but is pretty true to the picture so only me to blame!!!

A bit tight, otherwise excellent

Dave, Amazon
21 December 2013
  • Summary: These are great headphones, with only one flaw, for me at least. I find them a bit tight, even on the maximum adjustment. However, this does help to reduce outside noise which is partly why I wear them at work (even when not listening to music). I'm used to using in-ear earphones with my phone, and these provide a vastly better sound.

  • Summary: These earphones are good value for money in my opinion. They exclude external sound very well, they fit well, are comfortable and the sound quality is good.

Worth buying if you're a DJ

amadeusz mucha, Amazon
29 August 2013
  • Summary: Positives: 1- The dual ended plug for switching between the larger quarter inch output and the smaller standard 3.5mm audio jack is genius! 2- Look very stylish and the price is affordable. Negatives: 1- Although the sound quality is decent and more than enough for a noisy area (i.e. a club) you don't want to monitor sound with these headphones. 2- There is no carrying pouch. Conclusion: Excellent choice for DJs however not good enough for producing.

Bob Young, Cnet.co.uk
11 April 2013
  • Summary: I just bought these because i was looking for a pair of DJ headphones to replace the 10 year old Sony's. I live in a technically challenged area of the world so i was a bit surprised to see these at the local "Mall". Since i saw/read the review on Cnet (U.S.) i decided to check them out and was pleasantly surprised by the sound. I checked these out on a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 with the Power Amp app (full version).
  • Pros: Good sound and comfort
  • Cons: Flat color. Remote is a little too high when the 6.3 jack is plugged into the headphones

  • Summary: Maybe the purists won't like them, but I've found the sound quality pretty good. Agree to some extent on this review's notes on the high end - but good enough for me (maybe this depends on the quality of the source?). Nice soundstage on some tracks & I sometimes find myself looking around to see where the sound is coming from. Other tracks can sound a bit… flat.
  • Pros: Lots of bass
  • Cons: Can be a bit tight
