Nothing like paying shipping twice for a broke product

Summary: Headset did not work. Had to spend a number of days dealing with Turtle Beach going through standard procedures to "fix" the problem even though I had already tried those procedures directly from their website. I was then given information on returning the headset to be "fixed" or "replaced" at my cost. Nothing like paying shipping twice for a broke product.
