Summary: the sound is as good as I can ask for especially for something refurbished. the limiter is especially nice when playing games with loud explosions like shooters. only downside to this headset is hearing other people talk. most of the time there isn't anything wrong but every now and then one person will be quiet and choppy. that never happened with my previous headset, but still a great headset.
Summary: I realize this headset was made for the Xbox 360, however, after several purchases that finally configured it to work with my new Xbox 1. I've never had any troubles but the range is not fantastic. Sometimes I have trouble communicating on one end of the house, and I get a bit of a crackle unless I'm in the living room. Exceptional sound quality though, well worth the money!

Summary: These are suppose to be usable with the xbox one, but in order to do so you have to buy a 40 adapter for the controller then a cable to connect the headset to the controller making a wireless system wired. As for the xbox 360 use I cannot comment.
Summary: Pretty happy with these headsets. Good price good value. Make sure if you are purchasing for X-Box One you buy the extra accessories though else the chat wont work. It's a little touchy to get the settings just right but once set they work beautiful. Helped out my CoD game quite a bit hearing people sneak up or boost onto a roof behind you. Only downside is the chat cord since the BT adapter that comes with it does not work with the XB1 controller.
Summary: Awesome headset. Especially for the price. I won't bo you with the details but this is the 3rd pair of Turtle Beaches I have owned and are by far the most comfortable. The only drawback is that it was missing the piece that connects it via Bluetooth to the PS3. However, I only use it for my XBOX one so I didn't make a big deal about it.
Summary: This is not really a con but it is hard to get this to work with PC. I understand it is not intended to be PC hardware, and you can defiantly get it to work on PC, I have yet to get it working on Ubuntu. I would purchase turtle beach products again, just not this headset.
Pros: Was a good deal at the time
Cons: The smallest size is still to big, I am a fairly large man (6 ft, 200lbs) and this headset is still just too big. Took a few weeks for pain of wearing them to go away. Connection issues, sometimes it is just hard to pair the device, I ended up just waiting two days and it connected finally. (Turtle Beach was awesome and offered RMA, but since it started working again I am keeping them) Microphone quality is bad. I know this is going to sound like a no brainier but the...
Summary: I have been using the Turtle Beach XP400 with an XBox One for just under a year. Setting up the headset was easy, getting the chat to work was not. Had several problems finding a cable (or possibly adapter) that worked. I just mixed and matched until it worked (at some expense too). When it works, it works get (I am not an audiophile though). About 7-months after buying the headphones the RF transmitter stopped turning on.
Summary: so i bought these yesterday for same day delivery and they got here fast in a nice recertified refurbished box. i opened it and everything was inside except the turtle beach sticker. i hook everything up and i charge them and pair them. after only 5 min. they turn off automatically, mid conversation or mid game audio, even if they are charging. i contacted turtle beach and the distributor so lets see what they have to say.
