Turtle Beach EarForce Z2 Headset - Stereo
4 weeks ago
Summary: I got two pairs of these for my teenage sons for Christmas. The headband part within days on one pair. The headband piece broke within 6 months for the other pair. The sounded great, it's a pity the headband is so flimsy. Glad I got the extended warranties with these.
Summary: Had to put chat on speaker so I can hear people and they're not loud enough for me. The add advertises to make it seem like you're going to get all this and that but you have to buy a bunch of cords to hook it up to your tv and xbox. oh and the awesome sound that it claims it has.... yeah it sucks. It's just a waste of money you're better off spending $60+ on turtle beaches ill never buy this again.
Summary: I had this headset for about 6 months within the first week of having them the headband broke, then about a month after that the mic was starting to make noises when talking to my gaming friends on teamspeak. If your using them purely for the sound then their decent. I am very disappointed with the product. Do not buy the headphones ever!!!
Summary: They are not the same price as my PS3 headset, but they sound just as great. Even the mic sounds good to my friends. They don't seem like they are made for heavy duty use, but have been using these almost daily for two months. Care is the key to not breaking these. So don't slam them down on the ground when you take them off. Don't leave them where they can fall. Save your gaming anger for some other device, not these.

Excerpt: I got my Turtle Beach TBS-2052 Ear Force Z2 PC Headset in September 2012. I bought them online and I think I paid about $60 or so for them. I needed a new pair after my old ones didn’t work anymore. When I first saw the headset I was pleased of my purchase. It looked good and after testing it I was happy with the sound and with how it felt on my ears. It was comfortable and the sound truly was professional.
Summary: This is one of the best headsets for PC gaming. This version has improved the connection at the earmuffs with doubled up screws for stability as the older version only had one and it broke. Sound quality is good and the controller and ability to detach is appreciated.
Summary: I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. It never worked properly from the start, her computer didn't recognize it as a headset, she tried downloading drivers and it still didn't help. Some programs wouldn't work with the mic. Now, less that 2 months of use, it broke above the left earpiece. Upon researching how to return it, I noticed many other reviews about it breaking in the same spot.
Summary: These are the best headphones/headset I've ever owned. If you're shopping for a USB Headset for gaming or just long VOIP phone calls, this is the set for you. BUY IT NOW. The Good: - Music sounds fantastic. Very Surround sound capable and works well with my Dolby 7.1 sound card. - I use this system primarily for gaming and chatting with friends via Skype, TeamSpeak, & Ventrillo - 10' cord is great for sitting in a chair within range of your PC/Laptop or Tablet.
