Pros: Decent sound quality
Cons: The left ear piece with microphone is attached by a small piece if plastic. With sparse (only used for webinars) use over a 8 month period, the connector on both sides developed cracks. in month 9 the left ear piece fell off. There isn't enough plastic to super glue it back into place. This connection point was designed to fail.
Summary: I haven't found anything I don't like about it. It's very comfortable, plenty loud, and sounds great. I use it exclusively for gaming, and am able to hear everything very clearly. I really like the mic boom. It's infinitely adjustable and stays where it's put. I also like the in-line volume adjustment so I can turn it down in-game without having to mouse out of my game window. VERY good value for the price.
Summary: I purchased this headset for my son for Christmas. He loves it. He's tough on headsets, but this one seems to be lasting. After three months, it's still going strong. That may be a record for him!!!
Summary: I enjoyed this headset a great deal while it worked. Good sound, comfortable on the head and ears. But one of the joints broke during normal use. I tried super gluing it back together, but it didn't last.
Summary: Chalk up one more set of this that broke on the swivel/hinge piece. It sounded good, but the swivel broke on one side. You can see stress cracks on the swivel on the other side. It looks like a very poor design with very weak plastic at that point.
Summary: I bought two of these and they both broke in the same spot where the ear piece meets the head band they are cheaply built hence the price im just about over the high priced turtle beach name and thinking of buying other brand with better built configuration they sad part is I emailed turtle beach and they don't offer parts to fix it well turtle beach has sealed their fate with me I would not waist your money on these cheap ill built garbage headsets
Summary: Headset sounded Ok when it worked, but after a week of light use the left ear piece stopped working. I opened the ear piece up to find that the very small audio wire came off the soldering, it looked like it was barely attached in the first place. Avoid at all cost.
