Summary: Is probably one of the more extraordinary headsets I've ever had. I've been playing games for years, and have owned many headsets starting from the x31's moving to Tritton's then to Astro's. I've even had studio quality headsets as my stepfather is a DJ (side job). Now I can't say that these headpsets are up there with the DJ equipment. But that's in the price range of 500+, and to ask for something to outperform something when it costs half as much is simply outrageous.
Summary: I grabbed these about two years ago and I'm still satisfied to this day with the product. Bluetooth allows me to chat with my friends and talk on my phone. I also use bluetooth to play music almost everyday. I never changed the sound settings on my computer to make them custom but its possible. Bluetooth distance is great but the reciever to headphones distance is slightly shorter and becomes choppy at 15 ft or more.
Summary: I picked these up for $93 somehow (i got lucky?!) when they were available via Prime. I wouldn't say these are tournament quality, but MUCH BETTER than any other wired headphone set under the XP500s. I upgraded from X11's to these and its a world of difference. You are able to change through hearing settings for whatever game you are playing. They even include premade ones for hardcore FPS players (footsteps, superhuman, etc), or typical bass boost/treble boost.
Summary: I chose this headset because for the quality of it. I like this headset it has great sound and the presets work very well. The only flaw is that it crackles sometimes. but not much to effect your play, and the headset without chat lasts 12hrs and with chat it lasts 8 to 10hrs. So I would recommend rechargeable batteries. The headset is also completely wireless so there is no cord unless you go out and you buy one.
Summary: I really wanted to get a more expensive one thinking that they would be better but I am glad I got these. If you plan to use them with a Xbox One, then you will need to also get the Turtle Beach Ear Force Xbox 360 Talkback Cable, which is not included. It does include a Bluetooth adapter for your 360, but nothing to get it to work out of the box with the One. Sound is amazing. I can stream my Spotify to it with Bluetooth. I can talk on the phone with it.
Summary: This was my GF's Birthday gift. She's really happy with them and I do as well, sound is perfect and crisp. Highs and lows are truly awesome. 7.1 v.s 5.1 is noticeable. I have 5.1 we have had several scenarios to compare one to the other (music, movies, games) they produce more angles thus positioning is precise.
These headsets are now the center for all my consoles needs in sound and quality!

Summary: I had always bought Turtle Beach headsets and this time was no difference, the latest ones that I got was the XP500 on Dec of 2012 and up to this day I have been using them with no problem whatsoever, as a matter of fact I bought a cable for 6 bucks and now I can use them with my PlayStation 4 system, also bought the Xbox One Audio adapter for 25 bucks for the Xbox One system and now this headset has become universal with all my Sony and Microsoft consoles.
