Worst Customer Service in History, Mediocre bad-fitting headset.

Summary: This headset is the single worst customer experience I have had in my life. It broke within 2 months of opening it, when only using it a few times a week. I sent it in for warranty replacement, and it has been there ever since.
So i use these headphones lightly for computer gaming maybe like 4-5 hours a week

Summary: so i have had these headphones for about 5 months, i got them in September i will clarify this did not just happen i am just getting around to posting this now. So i use these headphones lightly for computer gaming maybe like 4-5 hours a week.
Summary: Sound was great, Dolby Surround almost perfect... As long as it works. After few months breakaway cable went broken. Not expensive replacement. After another few months the control unit started switching itself without reason. That was enough...
Summary: I never go out of my way to write a review...but $250 headphones that only last two weeks?!?!?! Come on Turtle Beach! I am very unsatisfied. My $60 headphones lasted longer than these. I should have listened to the others...please don't make the same mistake I did. I took great care of these..
Summary: Now before I go into the review, Turtle Beach's website says that these are compatible with the PS4. To me, and I would venture to guess, anyone that doesn't work for Turtle Beach, compatible would mean that the items contained in the box work properly with the PS4.
Uncomfortable sub pare performance and too complicated.

Summary: I felt the earphones were uncomfortable. Too many wires, too complicated to operate. The amplifier was too large, but worst of all, there was a buzzing noize in the microphone unless the chat volume was turned down so low that it was almost useless.
Summary: After using these very expensive headphones for several months I can steadfastly state that I am thoroughly disappointed in Turtle Beach's flagship headphones for ONE INCREDIBLY BLATANT DESIGN FLAW; For some reason these headphones clip sounds quieter than a given level.
Step Backward, No airflow, Topband Digs, Bad presets.

Summary: Pros Extremely customizable presets. Advance Sound Editor Software. Compatible with any setup. Microphone is good. Cons Not Dolby 7.1 Pleather Ear Cups (Feels heavy, no airflow, gets hot) Little padding on headband, digs into head. Digital optic audio cable is unbelievably cheap and thin.
This set really shines in a few areas and then one feature just destroys its ability to function.

Summary: First I would like to say I have had a lot of headsets. This set really shines in a few areas and then one feature just destroys its ability to function. When I first got it I was very happy and really enjoyed the feel and sound. Pros: * The headset is very sturdy. I'd say quality manufacturing.
Summary: My son was given these for Christmas. He also has the quad speaker Trittons and some cheaper Turtle Beach headphones. It seems that all gaming headphones come to our house to die. This is the THIRD set of very expensive headphones to QUIT.
