Summary: so i have had these headphones for about 5 months, i got them in September i will clarify this did not just happen i am just getting around to posting this now. So i use these headphones lightly for computer gaming maybe like 4-5 hours a week.
Summary: Sound was great, Dolby Surround almost perfect... As long as it works. After few months breakaway cable went broken. Not expensive replacement. After another few months the control unit started switching itself without reason. That was enough...
Uncomfortable sub pare performance and too complicated.

Summary: I felt the earphones were uncomfortable. Too many wires, too complicated to operate. The amplifier was too large, but worst of all, there was a buzzing noize in the microphone unless the chat volume was turned down so low that it was almost useless.
Summary: I've been using this headset for about 4 months now... I love Turtle Beaches, I really do, but for a top of the line headset... this was really disappointing. It wasn't as much as the headset, it was extremely comfortable, and sounded amazing, but the design of the headset that was horrible.
Summary: I have used several different pair of demo versions of the XP Seven's. They really do sound great. However, I found many reviews here on Amazon complaining about the left ear cup failing. Sadly, Turtle Beach refuses to acknowledge this problem on their forums or here or anywhere.
Summary: Pros: These headphones sound great for music and games. Great bass. Cons: They sound bad for movies. Anytime there's low ambient noise with just perhaps dialog, the ambient noise cuts in and out in the background. This happens to all movies, youtube videos, etc.
Summary: My son was given these for Christmas. He also has the quad speaker Trittons and some cheaper Turtle Beach headphones. It seems that all gaming headphones come to our house to die. This is the THIRD set of very expensive headphones to QUIT.
This set really shines in a few areas and then one feature just destroys its ability to function.

Summary: First I would like to say I have had a lot of headsets. This set really shines in a few areas and then one feature just destroys its ability to function. When I first got it I was very happy and really enjoyed the feel and sound. Pros: * The headset is very sturdy. I'd say quality manufacturing.
Summary: After using these very expensive headphones for several months I can steadfastly state that I am thoroughly disappointed in Turtle Beach's flagship headphones for ONE INCREDIBLY BLATANT DESIGN FLAW; For some reason these headphones clip sounds quieter than a given level.
Worst Customer Service in History, Mediocre bad-fitting headset.

Summary: This headset is the single worst customer experience I have had in my life. It broke within 2 months of opening it, when only using it a few times a week. I sent it in for warranty replacement, and it has been there ever since.
