Summary: Bought this headset and when I received it I discovered that it only works on the XBOX 360. You cannot get it to work on the computer without buying extra cables to convert the AV signal to a standard PC I/O jack. Plus you have to use a 3rd party driver to get the mic working.
Summary: This was a great headset while it lasted. I have had my XL1 for about a couple of weeks and they worked fine. But one day I went to go play cod mw3 and there was no sound. But if I moved my head just right then I could hear the game.
Summary: I got these for $30 on sale and while I am not completely disappointed the sound could be better. For the price it's not too bad of a buy considering xbox wants $15 for their lame chat headset. I would say if you are looking for something better than the standard chat headset but don't quite have enough money for something better than for the price range these are a pretty good deal.
Pros: Better than xbox headset, good for watching movies, price
Summary: These have the capability to produce the sound quality of more expensive headsets. Too bad, Turtle beach cheaply manufactured them! Mine lasted all of 2 weeks as the right-side earphone went out. This was under low use as well. Get a protection plan if you can! *After playing another week, the jack broke off from the cord as I was disconnecting them from the TV. You get what you pay for.
Pros: Clear/excellent sound (when they work).
Cons: Thin wires that will short circuit, very fragile
Summary: My x11 lasted a year and a half so I decided this time around I would make them last a long te so my dad buys these and i loved them but just today I was slouched down listening to music on my phone and I sit up and I hear a noise like it just unplugged so I got up and tried to make it work for like 20 minutes. You may think I raged and broke them and that's how I broke my x11 so I promised myself not to with these.
Summary: this headset is very cheap. in about 2 months you're going to be playing call of duty and then as soon as you shoot your gun... One side of the headset goes blank. then it finally breaks. I have to say these are very comfortable though.
Summary: This was the first headset that I got. A friend recommended it to me while It was on sale at best buy for $30 and I wanted a headset that would allow me to hear the game volume so I thought why not. I purchased the headset and set it up in my tv. The setup was simple and after I was finished I tried them out. The first thing that I noticed was that I could hear everything fairly clearly (I play cod).
