Summary: This item says it is compatible with Xbox 360, which is not a completely true statement. If you happen to have a newer XBOX 360 model, like the 360e, then it is not a WIRELESS headset unless you spend an additional $50 or so on an adapter from turtle beach, which I have now had to do, as the chord...

Summary: I just recently purchased these to replace the XO Seven Premium's that I bought for $160. I don't know who designed those but there was no mic feedback so you had to yell to hear yourself. I paid $90 for these and they have the following features that the XO Sevens didn't. 1.
Summary: Product is labeled to work with xbox. It does not. Most new Xboxes are x360-e which do not have a digital opitical port. Only x360-s have the proper Opitical port so this device will work on x360-e console . Had to pay $39 more for HD audio converter. Company does not say that on the box or online.
Summary: we have the newest xbox 360 just bought it in December 2013 & it doesn't come with the correct adapter to plug into the xbox, we've been everywhere even turtle beach & nothing. the only adapter they have is the one for an older model xbox.

Summary: and she is now better than ever at killing those zombies. The surround sound has improved her playing so dramatically that the other players are asking her suspiciously, "Did you get a new Turtle Beach headset?"
Summary: I was able to pick these up at my local BJ's (similar to Sam's or Costco) for 79.95. As a longtime X4 owner, couldn't pass up the opportunity to upgrade at that price. So far I'm not disappointed. The low level hiss that I lived with on the X4's is gone.

Summary: I originally purchased the Turtle Beach XO Four to get a great headset experience with my Xbox One. Bad idea - this headset is 100% better. It actually gives a full surround sound experience. I haven't had it long enough to test the battery life, but they quote $15.
