Pros: Comfortable for hours on end. Cheap for a headset.
Cons: Owned two of these because they fit that well and took exceptional care of both. Both sets were plugged in once and never relocated. The most abuse they got was removing them from stand to put on my head. The first one broke after 4 months/500+ hours due to cheap build of volume adjuster. It star...
Summary: Just go with the px22 model its much better, much much better.
Pros: the speakers are excellent, same as the px22, Ive used both.
Cons: Okay so when you turn up the game volume on the mini amp, it starts picking all sorts of weird noises from my computer so i have to turn it down to half way, the px 22 didnt do that. The major issue is that the mic sucks, I use rosetta stone and the mic doesnt pick up my voice clearly and also se...

Summary: So yeah, after six months of owning these headphones the headband broke on it's left side. I am very careful with my stuff and have no clue how this happened. This happened for no apparent reason and my brother who also owns this model suffered the same issue. Dissapointed.
Summary: I should have learned from past experiences. I had originally bought a pair of X12s years ago and they were fantastic, they sounded great and everything was amazing, for about a month. The left ear piece suddenly stopped producing sound all together.
Pros: Good sound quality, comfortable, worked fine with Xbox and PC.
Cons: Died very quickly. I should have expected it seeing how long brand new headsets last. This refurb began losing sound in the headphones after a couple months of use and then was completely dead not long after.
Summary: I've owned two pairs of these over the course of almost two years. The first one lasted about a year and a half, and was fantastic while it was in one piece. Unfortunately, after a few months, a crack started to form on the plastic bit that connects the right ear piece to the part that goes over the...
Pros: Above average sound quality Above average mic quality Bass boost Cheap price
Summary: With a name like Turtle Beach I expected quality. They are very nice out of the box, but breaking after six months regular use is unacceptable.
Pros: Comfortable fit, good sound quality, easy to use, affordable price.
Cons: Bad production quality, not very durable. On my 2nd set of X12s now and both have developed major cracks in the plastic after about six months. These are well cared for by an adult, not abused, the plastic should not be breaking after six months of use. I got the 2nd set hoping my first one crack...
Summary: Very good sound, didn't really have any complaints about the mic from friends I used the headset with. Its just was very uncomfortable and ended up breaking down on me.
Pros: Good sound quality.
Cons: These things absolutely mauled my ears after wearing them for a short while. If you have a bigger head, stay away from these. The headset ended up busting up on me on the left ear. The plastic adjustor on that side just broke to pieces (Meaning I can actually take the left ear off the headset if ...
Summary: - I couldn't turn up my volume high or the static would be really loud. - After using it for a little less than a year, the headphones had stopped working; the mic still worked though. Overall, I am not satisfied with this product. Would not buy a Turtle Beach Headset again.
