Sound cuts on and off
Ramin H., Newegg

Cons: The headset feels cheap for its price. I expected a more robust construction. Now to the big problem that made me return the item: These work %100 when playing games. But for movies the sound randomly cuts on and off repeatedly. This doesn't happen all the time but when it does it ruins the experience. I have done everything I could to remedy this problem. It just doesn't go away.
The PX3 EAR FORCE WIRELESS GAMING HEADSET DO NOT BUY
7 January 2014
Summary: This was a Christmas gift that lasted no more than 3 days. It would not recharge the battery that is in the headset. I would of rather have a wireless headset that one could take the batteries out and replace them with new recharged batteries. You cannot do this with this EAR FORCE PX3. Poor quality, save your money!!!
Summary: I purchased these as a gift for a family member whom frequently uses headsets for work, gaming, and watching movies. This model being wireless and PS3/Xbox capable I thought would be an upgrade from his older wired set. The set did work well, from what I understand, for the first week. After that point, it began to emit a loud "beep" sound each time it was started, It wouldn't charge either, and ultimately the desktop it was connecting to wouldn't recognize it.
Summary: I have had my set for less than a year. Use it mainly for VOIP, sometimes it takes 15 mins or more to get the headset to connect properly to different VOIP programs. The sound is awesome when it works. My other issue is that this is not a sturdy headset. This headset is used by an adult, no kids in household, they have never been dropper, thrown or otherwise abused yet both sides of the headband part of the head set have broken and I have had to duct tape them back...
Cons: Never pairs with base, can take an hour to get it to work properly, shuts itself off after 5 minutes requiring another hour to turn back on, almost non existent customer support, horrible battery life. Mine never lasted more then an hour off the cord, and after 9 months I could no longer take off the cord
Summary: The battery life on this is, to be frank, complete garbage. I had this headset charging for over 13 hours and it could only hold a charge of 2 hours. Not quite like Turtle Beach claims right? And the charge while you play option? I couldn't tell, because I would detach the charge cable after I was playing a game or listening to music and it would just be dead and have to wait over an hour to have it usable.
Pros: It has good sound when it wants to work. Also the distance you can go with this is pretty good too. Went to the other side of my house and didn't notice any pops or static.
Cons: Oh boy, where to start. First off, I'd like to point out how awefully made this headset is. Its made of extremely brittle plastic that will shatter on you if you pick it up the wrong way. I had this headset for one month and the bracket decided to pop off on me and only got worse from there. As of this review, I have this thing held together with electrical tape. Second, and what really gets me angry, is the battery life. If you look on the box, it says it can do over...
Cons: They broke along a screw I thought it was my fault/ then they broke on the other side same spot, finally today they started falling to pieces the two earpads are hanging by wires rendering it useless. In all this is a very flimsy product for 100+ dollars. It would also randomly drop sound making push the volume up only to have it silent.
Summary: Initially it was an excellent headset but in the last 2 months it has started to act up. The mic randomly stops working and sometimes doesn't work fr couple days and then after that it's fine.
Summary: I got this headset for Christmas and have had it for 5 months. I use it on a PC running Windows 7. Pro * It was easy to setup. * The sound is good. * The charge last a long time. * The headphones turn themselves off when sounds is not playing through them. Con: * Cheap plastic is used in the construction. * Poor design of the headset allows the screws used in construction to create stress on the headphones. * My headphones have broken in 3 places in 5 months.
