Summary: My kids have had three sets of these. They typically last about 4 months, then the mic or sound goes out. Way too expensive for such a short life span. The sound quality and comfort is excellent though.
Summary: I really loved the headset but the audio warped after a week or two. I tried to contact customer support but the only way they said i could get a refund was that it would take anywhere from 12-18 days to send it back and get a refund which is horrible.
Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Great Microphone, Great Sound Quality, Highly Compatible, Lightweight, Perfect
Summary: when I first got this product I thought it was very good it had bass u could mute and turn up chat and game volume. But,about 2 months or so passed and all of the sudden out of no where the person that I was talking to kept on cutting out. At first I thought something was wrong with his mic, but there wasn't anything wrong with his mic .Because other people i would talk to would also cut out.
Summary: Bought this headset in November last year. It worked great until recently. The plastic piece above the yoke holding the ear phones, broke one after the other on each side. I was able to tape them back together and continue using them. Then the left side broke just above where the yoke connected to the headband. Tape would no long hold it in place. The headset is now pretty much useless. You would think that headsets that retail at $99.00 would be made of better stuff.
left side of the bracket broke after a couple of months

Summary: Not real happy with it...the left side of the headset broke just above the earpiece swivel. Up to that point, they were fine...good sound, good audio transmission from the microphone....But the plastic from the headband down to the earpiece just...broke. Not what I would expect from a headset this pricey. I am on Amazon to order a different one now.
Summary: I bought this for my son this last Christmas. He loved it because of the MW3 theme and the enhanced experience having a real gaming headset gives you. However, all that goes out the window when it stops working after less than 3 months. Such a disappointment for something that costs $100. Hopefully they will honor the warranty.
Summary: Lacking in the construction department, this gaming headset has three points of movement - one point for extension, one for turning your headset at a near-90 degree angle, and one for pivoting the headset outward away from your ear. It is in the near-90 degree turn where your construction will fail, and the headset will break, as inside the cheaply constructed plastic, only two small tabs hold this piece into place.
Pros: With a very high quality sound for the price point, the PX21 provides everything you need to be a casual gamer with an edge over the competition.
Cons: As a salesman of this very product, I understand what it takes to make a good headset, and I can tell you that after having witnessed how this headset can break quite easily first hand, this is not a good value.
