Get it if on clearance, otherwise, generic is probably as good for PC.

Summary: This rating is for closer to retail price. For what I got them for, a steal no doubt. It can do all platforms, thus easy re-sale should you wish to. It's USB AND jack, unusual but fine (wanted a USB). On the other hand, I see there's more branding than quality here. It's made for console gamers, who might not know a good set from an ok one. First it's not designed for PC so it took a bit to get set up right to use, I thought I might have to send it back.
Summary: 1 week after some light use the ear-piece broke off at its pivot point. It retails at $80 but I obviously got it a lot cheaper through ebay. Unless the product was already broken and "fixed" for the sale, it is not a product worth considering for that kind of price. VERY disappointing Even for the lesser price on ebay.
Summary: My son is very picky about his headsets. He did a very thorough investigation into all the current ones out there. He actually did not know a lot about this particular one. But the price was right so he took a chance on these and is very satisfied with the end result.
Summary: I bought 2 of these's headsets last year for my teenagers. And they broken down several times throughout the year warranty. First the ears on both sides stopped producing sounds two times . Then the mic quit working. They would fix it then it breaks down again. The last time they broke down again they were out of warranty , so I threw them in the garbage that is where it belongs. They defiantly (Turtle Beach) doesn't make good products.
seller should have not labelled it "used" when it was "eaten by a rat"
29 October 2013
Summary: Although the error was mine for not looking closer at the description, however i believe that the condition term "used" was inaccurate when the main wire had clearly been feasted on by a rat. device does not work, is potentially hazardous and should not have been sold unless labeled BROKEN or PARTS, used implies that it is still in working order.
Summary: these headsets are a massive waste of money and i feel sorry for anyone who paid 80 bucks for it.The broken frame refuses to be mended the hiss when nothing is playing is unbareable and they get very uncommfortable when worn for more than half and hour.Just dont buy them.
Pros: When they work the sound quality is decent but i do not have a lot of experince in headsets.
Cons: For computer gaming the 16 foot cable was anything but useful the cable mearly clutters up your desk and gets in the way.the frame is very weak and has broken twice for me above each ear, aconnstand hiss in the ear makes you want to hit something.
Summary: The features and sound quality really are a bit irrelevant, given the headset fell apart.
Pros: * When it works, separate chat volume is useful.
Cons: * Terrible build quality - literally fell apart with normal use., * Microphone feedback didn't work (ie. you end up yelling), * Drivers often fail on PC, * Not comfortable, * Long cable and chunky control very cluttered on desk (more suited to consoles)
