Decent headset for the price

Summary: My P11's broke so I decided to give these a try. Overall, pretty good headset. Fit is pretty snug, the P11's felt a bit oversized in comparison. Sound is pretty good on these despite being stereo headsets. I wound up returning these simply due to the fact I found a pair of Black Ops 2 Tangos on sale. Two issues I had with these headsets is; 1. the hissing noise on these were irritating. If you use the "surround" sound on these then the hiss becomes greater.
Summary: I highly recommend this headset... with a catch. You should definitely also get the Ear Force DSS 7.1 Channel Dolby Surround Sound Processor that Turtle Beach also makes, otherwise the connection methods to your system seem quite clumsy. I haven't even bothered to try the headphones by itself, they sound so great together. One morning I woke up earlier than everybody else in the house and was going to play with some friends online.
Summary: For the record, I have 5.1 surround sound but wanted this headset so that I could play while the rest of the family was sleeping. However, my new main reason for this headset is the ability to hear things that I never thought were even in the games. I play PS3 MW2 and SOCOM mainly and was blown away (no pun intended) by the various sounds I could hear. Like footsteps, magazine reloads, etc. I highly recommend this headset!!
Summary: THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE EARLIER P21 HEADSET. WHY AMAZON PUT MY REVIEW ON THIS PAGE FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT, I DON'T KNOW. SEE THE BOTTOM FOR DIFFERENCES OF THE 2 STRAIGHT FROM THE TURTLE BEACH WEBSITE. ========================================================================================================== I bought this based on someone talking about it in a SOCOM match. The reviews here also were good. First off, I don't have a true surround system.
Summary: These are great headphones for online gaming or just playing alone offline. I use them while playing CoD BlOps or BFBC2. The sound is crisp and perfect. The mic is great, my teammates can hear me just fine. My only problem with them is the long cables. If your looking for a great headset, stop looking and buy these.
Amazing headsets, great for the competitive scene 9/10

Summary: Amazing headset, love it. I divide my time between PS3 and 360 using it for both. The sound is really good, 30% of the volume is more than enough to hurt your ears. The bass isn't anything amazing, but the best thing about this headset is its microphone, you don't need to shout or anything, normal voice will do.
Summary: Cons: There is a low hum that is heard due to the inline amplification. It can be annoying, but you'd expect it from any amped headset. The headset does not fit my ears all to well, so it becomes uncomfortable after a while (3+ hours). When others have used the headset, they found it to be very comfortable though. I also do not enjoy that you cannot remove the mic.
Summary: This is a good gaming headset if you don't want to go for tritons or astro's I personaly use it for the ps3 and i only have 1 small problem with it, the left ear has a very small static sound once you notice it you can't help but notice it and it may get anoying. all in all 4/5 for the headset. also amazon this is not a game fix your rating and review system.
Summary: First off to give my opinion on price and wire length, I couldn't disagree more with a review below. For the price I think you're getting an excellent deal. The head set is light, comfortable and sounds pretty good. As for the wire length I actually had to buy an extender for both connections, my seating area is 15' from my theater screen so I had to buy a 12' extender for each connection, so I think 16' should handle most rooms nicely.
