Cheap plastic and broke in a few months
1 November 2014
Summary: Shoddy Workmanship and low durability. The headset is good with sound quality but the quality of the headset itself can only be described as worst then cheap. For a 60 bucks you should be getting a better headset then this but mine broke two weeks after I bought it.
Summary: I purchased the DPX 21's (which are the PX21's, just with the DSS) two years ago, but I have not used just one pair. Matter or fact, I am on my third, yes (3rd) pair of PX21's. Let me talk about a few things first.
Summary: After having two of these headsets I'm done with turtle beach. The sound quality is good, and I love being able to mix my game and voice volume however I want. I bought a second pair after the first one broke after 4 months of regular use and being well taken care of.
Summary: These headsets are very nice. It has good sound and fits well on the head. However, they break very easily. That is because the wires in the rotating cups tend to bend a lot when the cups rotate. I had about six months use before having problems in the right ear.
Summary: like many other reviewers, i had much of the same experience. very light plastic, cheap feel to the set which led to me babying them. i didn't want to spend so much on them and have them break on me. turns out it did anyway. right ear snapped off after about a month and a half of regular use.
Summary: Turtle Beach...What can I say, they have yet to learn from some of their past mistakes. This is my second headset from Turtle Beach (1st Ear Force AXT for Xbox/Xbox 360). The hissing is annoying but does get drowned out by in game sound. However, if there is a quiet section it's back!
Summary: Overall the px21's have great sound quality. It has a deep bass and i love the fact that you can control the level of game sound and chat seperately. what i dont love, is that not even a month after recieving them, THEY BROKE!!!
Summary: Let me start off by saying that the PX21s have decent sound quality. Better than the TV. The build of the headset is feels pretty cheap overall. Does it feel heavy on your head? After an hour or two you will start to feel the headset clamping down on your head (mostly your ears) and you'll want to...
Summary: The product was just NOT what I expected. I was originally sold on all the fancy audio features, but I was also seeking a simple connection and the devil is in the details. This headset is wired and that's fine. But the end connection splinters into 2 audio jacks and 1 USB connection.
Summary: I recently purchased these headphones with a gift card for Christmas, and the product was so poor I feel compelled to write a review. This headset has a few positive features: a decent USB microphone, comfortable ear cups, and chat audio is mixed on the fly with game audio. Now for the bad.
