Summary: These things kick ass, if you've got a 5.1 sound card. Fit is comfortable enough to play for at least 4 hours straight, and I have kind of a sensitive head; the surround is crystal, the output is loud enough to be at pain threshold if I'm feeling saucy.
Summary: As other reviews said, the plastic is cheap and weak, mine broke after ~20 minutes usage. Sound is pretty good, but really a little bit of tension and that it (I previously read all the reviews and try to be very careful, normal usage). I will NEVER buy Turtle Beach products!
Summary: I am a casual PC gamer and I was excited to get my first set of true surround sound head set. Within about 4 weeks of use, the barrel that hold the ear cup onto the head band had cracked. I called Turtle Beach but was told that the headset that I had purchased was a refurbished model and did not qualify for warranty replacement. So now I have a really nice paper weight.
Summary: my g-son who play long hours of video games, ask for this as his Xmas gift. he told me he like it, but that the cables that attach from the headset to his Xbox had to be order separately! that was a additional expense, should all this being included? I look at it as a ripe off!
Sound is good, but I am no audiophile. Construction is less than stellar.

Summary: I have had two sets of these...the first one broke within a month of my buying them- the bracket holding the ear cups to the headstrap broke. TB replaced them within a week. The second one's bracket also broke, after about three or four months, but I was able to cobble it together using some electrical tape and some scrap plastic. looked like hell, but it worked.
Summary: First pair was defective. Very easy return. Second pair had problems, too. Product looked and felt great. Sturdy enough. But the volume-controller box must have had a bad batch - and I got two of them. I didn't replace it. Found something else.
