Summary: Doesn't work if you have an Xbox 360 E series (the newest 360 line) due to the missing audio port and I was not willing to bypass 7.1 Dolby Surround since I paid a premium for it. If you also do not have the required optical port on your TV, you are S.O.L. I was never able to use this headset (although I spent hours trying to figure out how to connect it to my Xbox), but I did try it on and it was very uncomfortable. Just get the wired Turtle Beach headset.
Summary: While the earphones work well and have great sound quality, they broke within the warranty period and the company will not respond to inquiries for repair or replacement. Don't do business with them.
Summary: These headphones SUCK! I got mine today in the mail and set them up and they really suck. They are super uncomfortable, the microphone doesn't pick up your voice when you talk and every time is does pick up your voice there is an annoying buzzing sound on the other end. Very displeased with this product.
Summary: This headset claims it will work with ANY Xbox 360 out of the box but that is NOT true. The product does not ship with adapters to take into account that the newer Xbox 360e does not have an optical port like prior versions of XBox, and the adapters provided do not match up with the audio adapter on the Xbox 360e.
Summary: I love me some good headphones. I've had Astro A40s since January 2011 with no problems. I decided to try these out while they were on sale for $140 as a fully wireless headset rather than go for the $300 A50s just because. Unboxing was fine. I was pretty pumped to test them out! The headset felt like twin vault doors slamming shut over my ears.
Summary: Okay, so I bought this product and at the 32 day mark, the left speaker blew out. I don't blare the sound; I'm not trying to blow out my ear drums. I actually need my ears for my job, so I make sure to never listen to anything too loud. One night, the headset was working great. I was extremely impressed with how full the sound was. After about 5 or so minutes, I forgot I was even wearing a headset.
