Summary: Doesn't work if you have an Xbox 360 E series (the newest 360 line) due to the missing audio port and I was not willing to bypass 7.1 Dolby Surround since I paid a premium for it. If you also do not have the required optical port on your TV, you are S.O.L.
Summary: While the earphones work well and have great sound quality, they broke within the warranty period and the company will not respond to inquiries for repair or replacement. Don't do business with them.
Summary: These headphones SUCK! I got mine today in the mail and set them up and they really suck. They are super uncomfortable, the microphone doesn't pick up your voice when you talk and every time is does pick up your voice there is an annoying buzzing sound on the other end.
Summary: Okay, so I bought this product and at the 32 day mark, the left speaker blew out. I don't blare the sound; I'm not trying to blow out my ear drums. I actually need my ears for my job, so I make sure to never listen to anything too loud. One night, the headset was working great.
Summary: Horrible box says it comes witheverything needed. Only to find out it don't have audio analog cable or headset connector. No instructions. No user guides. Can't even use with out proper parts. Very disappointed.
Summary: I am not exaggerating about this but i had to send them the headset about 4 times because of the hardware issues and they will not give you a refund!!! I have tried several times. I wasted $80 on this headset. Think before buying.
