Summary: The Triton Pros are a great head set. I've been using this set for close to 4 years now. I've had no problems, none at all. Luckily I got the model where they incorporated the power plug into one. The build quality is good. I'm not sure what people are doing that break them.
Summary: I'm a first person shooter player so having 5.1 surround is a must! Not that simulated surround sound stuff.. Been using this headset for three years and it's still going. One bad thing is that the wires started to pull out go the inline controller on one end.
Summary: I'm happy I purchased this headset. Great sound, and being wired, I don't have the issue with the batteries dying in the middle of a game. Another "OPINION" of mine is that I feel wired headsets have more power available to them, thus better sound.
Summary: Las year, I give these headset as a present to my husband, he is still so excited about them, he said they are excellent for gaming (playstation, xbox, etc). So, this year, I bougth another one for my brother who is also addicted of gaming, and he always uses them to communicate with friends while...
Summary: It took me week or two to learn how to filter out the important sounds, but now I actually can use these to tell where players are in the stage (for the Call of Duty Modern Warfare series without any radar). I put the rear speakers down an notch and the subwoofer down 2 notches.
Summary: The headphones are great. They offer a true 5.1 surround sound experience and you can tell that immediately. Pro's Incredible sound quality with no need of driver Con's My manual contained no installation info for connecting these headphones to a computer.
Summary: Very Good Headset. Has support for XBox 360, PS3, and PC (Europe Only-but if your tech-smart you can use a converter to make it work on PC). What this review is coming from: I bought these to use with an XBox 360 along with XIM3 (Im a PC player however all my friends play on XBox Live).
Summary: After reading reviews of these headphones and then purchasing them for myself I've discovered that a lot of the problems people talked about in their reviews are solved in the 2011 manufacturing of these. On the serial number it has the year in which the unit was manufactured.
