Summary: I tried this headset alongside the Turtle Beach PX21 and PX22. I will say the sound quality is not up to par with the Turtle Beach units. These were certainly not as comfortable either. The cups were hot and tight, and did not go well with my glasses. The Tritton's went right back to the store after only about 2 games of COD with them. The cord was also much shorter than the TB's. You don't have all the Bass/Treble controls that you get on the TB's.
Summary: When I purchased this head set and started playing the game it was so cool. Couldn't believe you can hear everything in the game. The headsets made the game so much better. The headsets are good for the price and awesome headsets to have for shooting games.
Summary: The mic, really blows. I had to send my entire headset back just to get the mic replace with out having to buy a new mic for like 6 bucks plus shipping, which was coming out to 15 all together. Even still the mic will some time get a wild hair up its butt, and start crackling and random stuff. Luckily the mic is detachable to stop it. Mainly because it would start doing it even when I am not using it and ended up pissing me off.
Summary: I got these headphones for a friend about a year or two ago and he still uses them daily without any problem. The sound is better than expectation. Great for heaaring if an opponent is sneaking up on you in gameplay. Yes the sound is just that good. No problems to report.
Summary: Was a great product in the beginning. These were my first gaming headset, so I was very impressed with the sound. The quality though was much to be desired. They lasted nearly 6 months before falling apart around. The plastic was very cheap and begun to crack until it eventually gave way and was no longer usable. I was very careful with these and they still fell apart. I wouldn't buy them again.
Summary: Product was not abused, just over-used. The plastic holding the earphones started to grow weak and eventually snapped.. The sound quality is great. and it's very user friendly. Would recommend to a casual gamer!
Summary: Cons- Sounds worse than my 30 dollar sony mdr's Constant feedback when cord moves at all crappy usb pc drivers makes the sound even worse comfy at first but starts to hurt your head after prolonged use. Sounds so bad when listening to music its unbearable. You can hear the mic when your talking and its too loud and annoying with no way to turn it all the way off.
