Summary: I dont know what people were doing with these headphones but I've had them a full year now and they work great. They're great for the price and sound pretty good. If you can afford it however I'd recommend going a step further to some better quality ones for the sound alone. These seem to handle the little bit of abuse I put them through but honestly why are people throwing around a set of headphones?
Summary: I got this headset as a gift, and before i used them I got online to read some reviews. I have read alot about this headset being notorious for breaking on an earphone side, so every time I put it on I grab it from the headband ends right about the swivel earphones. I have had these for a few months now and mine still haven't broken. The length of the cord is very long, so I can be ten feet away from the tv and not worry about the cord unplugging while im in a game.
Summary: Ok - so the 15 yr old was happy with the Tritton AX headset. Sound was good, worked fine and very comfortable. While it did take a bit for him to get used to the larger headset, he found them to be comfortable and was able to ignore me perfectly as all "outside" sound was basically eliminated. Is that a good thing or bad? Well I'm not sure because he was wrapped up in the games completely before he could block external noise..
Summary: I read a lot of reviews when looking for headphones to play my 360 with. I read good and bad reviews on all of them and no products (that I could afford) stood out. I saw these on amazon and pre-ordered them for a few reasons. 1. They werent crazy expensive ($60) which is what I was prepared to spend anyhow and none of the other headphones in that price range had all glowing reviews. 2. They were sold as HDMI compatible. 3. They looked SWEET.
